The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development consists of three different levels that you can complete one by one to become a CIPD-qualified professional. If you are confused, you can find all the CIPD Level 3 Assignment Answers online. The first level of CIPD is the most basic level, known as CIPD Level 3 or Foundation level. It is equivalent to A levels and teaches you about the basics of HR. The second Level 5 of CIPD, called Intermediate Level, is equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree. The final level 7 of CIPD is known as the Advanced level, and it is the most difficult level of CIPD. This level is equivalent to a Master’s Degree.
