Some players will have been aware Neverendless was under DDOS attack this past week; this attack rendered our website and forums inaccessible for several days. We have taken some temporary steps to bring these services up for your use until we can move them to their new home. Unfortunately, some services may not be fully functioning or in the ways in which players expect until they are transferred. We appreciate your patience until the transfer is complete, which will hopefully be sometime this coming week. We do not anticipate the upcoming holidays will delay the move but will provide an update if that does become the case.
Please see below for specifics on services affected by the recent attacks and steps you may need to take in response:
Missing Custom Items
Due to the DDOS attack, items submitted between December 13 and December 20 may not have been properly delivered to players in-game. If you are missing an item for which the form was submitted between these dates please fill out a Missing Custom Item support ticket and your item will be resent to your character.
Additionally, if at any time your submitted custom item is not received in-game within 48 hours of receiving a "complete" status on your Custom Item Page please feel free to submit a Missing Custom Item support ticket to have your item resent.
Voting Site - Top100 Arena
The recent website issues the Top100 site is not currently able to register your votes. We do appreciate everyone's attempts to help Neverendless grow by voting on all sites, so are looking into other possible ways to show our appreciation for all dedicated voters. Watch out for further updates, and thank you for your continued support!
Neverendless Website Media Section
Save your screenshots and videos! Our media section is currently disabled and unable to accept uploads until the server has been moved, but we are looking forward to receiving your content in the near future. :)
Neverendless Forums
As with our Website Media Section, uploads are currently disabled for our forums. You may continue to use URL links to share external content.
Bug Reports
We greaty appreciate player assistance in reporting bugs to the Bug Report section so our Developers can investigate and implement fixes to issues with our cores. At this time we are asking players that find a bug to report them in a General Support Ticket. Your reports will then be transferred to the Developers' To-Do Lists.
In your ticket please ensure you include the following information with WoWHead or OpenWoW links, ID numbers and links to pictures where possible:
- Quest, Item, Spell, etc that is bugged
- fully describe the issue with details as to what happened
- make sure to detail what you were doing when the issue occurred
- include the character name, class and race that was affected by this issue
- include any additional information you feel would be helpful in allowing the Developers to re-create and resolve the issue
