As you may be aware, we took Arthas down for a little while last night to apply a fix to the CI System that was causing players to receive items that did not belong to their characters. We are looking into whether additional fixes are needed as some old items do seem to persist in-game at this time. If you have items in your inventories that do not belong to your characters, please make a Support Ticket to report the incorrect items.
Recustomization and New Item Tokens
We know players are very eager to recustomize and create new items at this time as well. We apologize for the holdup on releasing the system for recustomizations and new items, and plan to open this up at the earliest possible time. We have concerns that recustomizations and new items created before the reclaim system issues are resolved may cause further problems and wish to avoid further frustrations for our players if this should occur. We thank you for your patience and understanding; we very much appreciate your donations and are working around the clock to resolve all issues so that players can use recustomization and new item tokens as soon as possible. Updates will follow as soon as we have more information on this!
Hellscream Donation Shop
In other Donation news, the Hellscream Donation Shop is now available and is being filled as we speak with a full range of items available on our Hellscream realm. Over the next few days you will see more items and Donation Services added for this realm. Please do not make tickets regarding items missing from this shop just yet, it will take us a little time to add everything! If you do not see the item you wish to have available, please check back over the next few days!
Hellscream Vote Shop
Once the Hellscream Donation Shop is complete, we will start work on populating the Hellscream Vote Shop. Again, all items must be added individually and this is somewhat time consuming, so we ask your patience. We do have staff dedicated to this and the Hellscream Donation Shop project, so work is expected to be as quickly as can be expected. Further announcements will come when the shops are complete, but don't forget to vote now and save up your points to spend here soon!

Please keep in mind that with the amount of custom item forms in queue and the number of open support tickets at this time, it may take 24-48 hours for you issues to be resolved, but we are answering all tickets and handling all forms as efficiently as possible!
