Many of you are surely aware that if caught in-game with an inappropriate character or pet name you will be flagged by a staff member for a name change.

Due to the extremely high number of inappropriate names for not only characters and pets, but also guilds and arena teams, currently in the database, we are devising a new policy. If a name is considered by the management to be inappropriate, you (or your pet, guild or team) may be forcibly renamed while you are offline and given the option to make an in-game ticket for a GameMaster to re-flag you for rename to an appropriate name of your choice.

Of course the policy of being flagged for rename when seen in-game is still in effect as well.

Please keep in mind that this policy is not limited to offensive names and words in English. You are not permitted to get away with an inappropriate name simply because it is in another language.

We ask you to take this opportunity to "clean up" your names to avoid your needing to go through the extra effort of having staff assistance to change your name from one that we will choose for you.

When you change the name, make it something REALLY embarasing, it will be more effective that way. no one wants to walk aroud with an embarassing name.
